No Parking and Snow Removal of the Downtown Area Business District Streets
City crews will be removing snow on Thursday night into Friday morning from the downtown area streets. The following streets will be posted by 2/21/19 at 11:00am for scheduled snow plowing between the hours of 12 AM and 8 AM on Friday, February 22, 2019.

Seed Library Grand Opening Event
Hosted by Rochester Public Library, the new Seed Library will feature 44 varieties of seeds for fruits, vegetables, and herbs. Keri Ostby, Head of Technical Services says RPL cardholders will be able to borrow 10 packets of seeds each year, with no expiration date.
