Tuesday, February 6, 2023, Scenic Oaks West Second & Lakeview General Development Plan

About: Neighborhood Meeting for discussion regarding a proposed General Development Plan application which combines the Scenic Oaks West and Scenic Oaks Lakeview General Development Plans into one General Development Plan.  In the near future, another Neighborhood Informational Meeting for a Major Land Subdivision Permit application for Scenic Oaks West Third will be scheduled.  Information for both applications will be available at the February 6 meeting, but the presentation will focus on the GDP. 

Site Location: Located south of Scenic Oaks West Second and south and west of Scenic Oaks Sixth. (Approximately 134 acres generally lying west of Willow Creek Reservoir, north of 60th St. SW, east of 31st Ave SW and south of Scenic Point Dr. SW)
