Work History:
Owner of North Sky Health Consulting since 2013 which specializes in planning, assessment, evaluation, and systems change. Recent local projects include the Regional Mental Health Crisis Center and the Rochester Nonprofit Consortium.

Previously worked for the Minnesota Department of Health and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota. 

Education:
2007 - Graduated with a Masters of Public Health (MPH) in Administration and Policy from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities.

2006 - Graduated with a Masters of Arts (MA) in Geography from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities.

2003 - Graduated with a B.Envd in Planning from the University of Colorado, Boulder. 

Community Activities: Member: Destination Medical Center, Rochester Airport Commission, Olmsted County Justice Commission (Chair), Rochester Area Economic Development Inc (RAEDI). These and additional boards to be confirmed in January 2021. Volunteering: Rochester Youth Hockey Association Termite Hockey Coach. Previous: Spark Children's Museum Board, Olmsted Environmental Commission, Minnesota Environmental Health Services Board.

Government History: Elected 2020

Family: Brooke grew up in Rochester. After time away for her education and work experience, she moved back with her husband, Bryant, and two sons in 2016.
