Welcome to RPT GO, our new microtransit pilot program, launching October 2024! This on-demand transit service is designed to offer flexible and accessible transportation options for residents in southeast Rochester. The pilot program is scheduled to run for one year.

What is microtransit?

Where does rpt go operate?

RPT GO will operate in a specific microtransit zone in southeast Rochester, connecting to five main transportation hubs. Riders can book a ride within the zone, travel from the zone to a hub, or go from a hub to the zone.

To transfer to the RPT fixed route system, the routes serving each hub are shown in parenthesis

Hubs include:

Cub Foods Southeast* (Route 202 & Route 204)
Rochester Community and Technical College* (Route 203)
Mayo High School (Route 205)
Quarry Hill Park
Fairgrounds Park and Ride* (Route 350X & Route 306)

*Connecting bus routes for each hub are listed above in parentheses. Hub locations marked with an asterisk (*) will have a pick-up pint at bus shelter.

Payment

If paying with a credit or debit card:

To pay with credit card or with debit card, riders must purchase fares electronically through the RPT GO app. Fares can be bought and stored in the rider’s digital wallet within the app.

If paying with cash or check:

Only single-ride fares can be purchased directly from the driver using cash or check. Please have exact change, as drivers are unable to provide change.
