Businesses can contact SP+, the parking operator contracted by the City, to create a "business account."

Request Validation Tickets

Businesses with a "business account" can request any number of printed validation tickets.

• Various time durations
• Various dollar amounts
• Various percentages off the parking session's cost
• Patrons or employees
  • Validation tickets can be provided to patrons or employees for use.

Market-Rate Costs

Cost to the business is based on the market rate (the current parking ramp rates adopted by the City Council).

Post-Use Billing

Businesses are billed after a validation ticket has been redeemed (used by a parker).
