The First Tee Life Skills Experience is a curriculum that teaches character development through the game of golf. Participants discover how life skills that are used in golf may be used at school, at home and in life.

Junior Golf Lessons (Ages 6 - 18)
For fee and registration information, contact the facility of your choice (Eastwood Golf Course, Hadley Creek Golf Course, Northern Hills Golf Course, Soldiers Field Golf Course) after March 1, 2024 or get an entry form at rochestermn.gov/golf.
Junior Camps
Junior camps are being offered in 2024 at Eastwood Golf Course.
- Ages 6 - 8
- June 17 - 21
- 9 - 11 a.m.
- Cost: $100
- Ages 9 - 12
- June 24 - 28
- 9 - 11 a.m.
- Cost: $100
The five-day camps will cover all aspects of the game of golf in an enjoyable and exciting fashion. Extensive instruction will be given in all of the following areas:
- Putting
- Chipping
- Full Swing Instruction
- Golf Course Etiquette
- Rules of Golf
Safety and etiquette will always be stressed. In addition to the instruction, the juniors will compete in various fun, instructional games.
