City of Rochester Mask Order to Expire with New Executive Order from Governor Walz
As of July 25, 2020, per the Governor's Executive Order 20-81, people in Minnesota are required to wear a face covering in all public indoor spaces and businesses, unless alone. The City of Rochester’s face covering Order will expire at 11:59 p.m. on July 24, 2020 due to the new state Order.

Second Phase of CARES Funding Allocated by Rochester City Council
The Rochester City Council has approved a plan for investing $5.1M dollars in Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) funding. The funding originated from the federal government and was allocated to the City of Rochester by the State of Minnesota.
