Rochester City Council consents to Local Declaration of Emergency

The Rochester, MN City Council has consented to Mayor Norton’s Declaration of Local Emergency issued on January 15, 2022. With this action, the mask requirement for all indoor public spaces remains in place through 11:59 pm on February 7, 2022.
