Rochester's own 50-piece symphonic wind ensemble under the direction of guest conductor Tracy Youngberg performing the songs of summer including Karl King's "Barnum & Bailey's Favorites", Sousa's "Fairest of the Fair", "Big Band Cavalcade", “A Copeland Tribute”, and highlights from “West Side Story”. The Rochester Concert Band is a volunteer ensemble that is open by competitive audition only. The ensemble has become a Rochester institution that can trace its history back to the early 1870s.

Tracy Youngberg was raised in Fargo, North Dakota. She attended North Dakota State University where she received her B.S. in Music Education. She received a Master of Arts degree in Music Education from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota. She has 25 years of experience teaching music. Tracy has taught general music from kindergarten through eighth grade, and band from fifth grade through twelfth grade, and choir from fifth grade through twelfth grade including an adult choir. She has taught in South Dakota, west-central Minnesota and southeast Minnesota. Currently she leads Swing Street, a 17 piece jazz band.
