RASC is hosting a neighborhood meeting where their proposal to build a trail in Northern Heights Park will be presented and discussed.

Park Board Members have been invited to attend and as there may be three or more members in attendance, the event is posted as a public meeting.

No formal action is planned and no official business will be conducted.
