The free, Wednesday evening FORWARD Park Concerts highlight local bands and regional headliners. 

Concerts are held in six different walkable, pet friendly, and bike trail connected parks - one in each City ward.

Come for local food trucks, plus family-friendly fun with Rochester Public Library's Bookmobile, and interactive games with Rochester Parks & Rec’s Go! Play! Explore! Mobile Rec Trailer!

The free, Wednesday evening forWARD Park Concerts are live music events showcasing local bands and regional emerging headliners. Concerts are held in six different walkable, pet friendly, and bike trail connected parks, one in each city ward.

Local food trucks, craft beer, and family-friendly fun with the Rochester Public Library's Bookmobile and Rochester Park & Rec’s Go! Play! Explore! Mobile Rec Trailer, round out these must-attend community events.

Share your feedback to win a prize pack! Fill out a digital survey to be entered in a drawing for a free City of Rochester/Mayo Clinic prize pack. The survey will be open from 5 PM until 7 PM day of show and can be accessed HERE, or at the Civic Music tent, or via QR codes that will be posted throughout the park. The winner will be announced from stage during the headlining act. Must be present to win. Prize packs can be picked up at the Civic Music tent. More details about our surveys here.

5:30 PM Opener - Sheep for Wheat
 
Wayward children of the driftless playing above average Rock n’ Roll - with an emphasis on the Roll. After over-hearing a concert goer once describe their music as “Midwest Surf” they have since adopted this as their unofficial genre category; more so their music has influences of classic rock, bluegrass, blues, jam, among others. 
 
With a songwriting style that balances the complexities of nostalgia with a straightforward celebration of joy, Sheep for Wheat is the old friend at the neighborhood bar who you are glad to see.


6:30 PM Headliner - LOREWEAVERS

Minneapolis-based Loreweavers focus their efforts on bringing tavern and fantasy soundtracks to a wider audience. Inspired by the music represented in games such as The Witcher and Skyrim, as well as traditional Irish tunes and sea shanties, Loreweavers seek to immerse their audience in a world of wonder and adventure.

Showcasing a wide variety of musical talents ranging from traditional Irish instruments such as uilleann pipes and bodhrán to guitar, accordion, and mandolin, Loreweavers are sure to grab the attention of any crowd and pull them in to ensure an experience they'll never forget!
