About: Neighborhood Meeting for discussion regarding a proposed Growth Management Map Amendment and Annexation for land that was depicted within the Quinstar GDP recently acquired by Hawk Ridge Development, LLC. The street layout follows the most recently approved GDP, but the buildings will include duplex and four plex options which require the zoning to be changed to R-2.
