About: Neighborhood Meeting for discussion regarding a proposed Growth Management Map Amendment and Annexation for land depicted in the Scenic Oaks west General Development Plan. The land to be annexed will be part of what will be platted as Scenic Oaks West Third. Scenic Oaks West Third will continue the lot and housing style of prior Scenic Oaks and Scenic Oaks West developments as single family detached houses. Zoning will be proposed as R-1 Mixed single Family according to the newly adopted UDC.

Site Location: South of Scenic Oaks West Second and west of Scenic Oaks 6^th, 7^th, 8^th, and 10^th.
