Following the March 13, 2020 Declaration of Peacetime Emergency by Governor Walz (as amended), the Destination Medical Center Corporation (DMCC) is holding its November 19, 2020 9:30 AM meeting by telephone or other electronic means, according to Minnesota Statutes, Section 13D.021. DMCC Chair Rybak has concluded that an in-person meeting and the regular meeting location for the DMCC are not practical or prudent because of the health pandemic declared under the Emergency Order and according to current guidance from the Minnesota Department of Health and the CDC. The public may monitor the meeting by calling the phone number listed below (#2) or on-line through the link below (#3).

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Proposed Modification to the Destination Medical Center Development Plan

 The Destination Medical Center Corporation will hold a public hearing, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.43, subds. 1 and 4, at its meeting that begins at 9:30 AM on Thursday, November 19, 2020 to consider a proposed Five-Year Update to the Destination Medical Center Development Plan. Because of the pandemic noted in the March 13, 2020 Declaration of Peacetime Emergency by Governor Walz (as amended), the meeting will be held through other electronic means, according to Minnesota Statutes, Section 13D.021. The meeting agenda will be posted separately.

All interested persons are invited to participate in the public hearing on November 19th by telephone or videoconference, or to submit written comments on this matter by 5:00 PM on November 12th to the City Clerk’s Office, City of Rochester, 201 4th Street SE, Room 135, Rochester, MN 55904 or OfficialNotifications@rochestermn.gov.
