Inspections are done by APPOINTMENT, ONLY during the listed dates. To schedule a FREE appointment, call 507-538-3740 or e-mail TRAUMACENTER@mayo.edu. EACH car seat inspection takes approximately 45 minutes. Clinics fill up fast! Reserve your spot in advance.

Provide the following information when scheduling your appointment:

Name, age, weight, and height of child(ren) (expecting parents are welcome as well)
Name, phone number, email, and address of parents or caregiver
The make, model, and year of the vehicle(s)

Car Seat inspections are performed by Certified Child Passenger Safety Technicians and Instructors. This is a free service provided by the Mayo Clinic Trauma Department in partnership with the Rochester Fire Department and countless dedicated volunteers.
