Please bring your animal within a pet carrier and/or on a leash.
Dog & Cat rabies shots & City licenses will be sold at these locations:
- Rochester Feed and Pet Supply (8:30 am to 12 noon)
- Olmsted County History Center (4:30 pm - 7 pm)
- Fire Station #4 (1875 41st Street NW) (5 pm - 6:30 pm)
- Fairgrounds (16th Street SE) (5 pm - 6:30 pm)

What is the cost of an animal license?
If the animal is NOT spayed or neutered, it costs $12.00 per year.
If the animal is spayed or neutered, then it costs $8.00 per year.
Senior Citizen fees:
If the owner is 65 or over, then the fees are as follows:

If the animal is spayed or neutered, then it costs $6.00 per year
